1. Company Information
Dongguan Xinyang Leather & Plastic Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of leather cases for mobile phones, tablets, earphones and smart watches, providing OEM & ODM customization service for global business clients.
All products displayed on the website are for wholesale commercial cooperation, not for retail sales to end consumers.

2. Quotation & MOQ
All prices shown on the website are for reference only. Final quotation depends on material, quantity, customization requirements and delivery terms.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) varies by different models. Please contact our sales team for details.

3. Samples
Clients can place sample orders for quality evaluation. Sample cost and shipping fee shall be borne by buyers. Sample lead time is about 3–5 working days after payment confirmed.

4. Payment Terms
- Sample orders: Full payment before production.
- Bulk orders: 30% deposit upon confirmation of PI; balance payment settled before shipment.
We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal for sample payment.

5. Production & Delivery
Production lead time will be confirmed in the proforma invoice. Delivery time does not include international ocean/air transit time. We cooperate with professional freight forwarders to arrange shipment upon your request.

6. Intellectual Property
All custom LOGO, artwork provided by buyers shall be legally owned by buyers. Buyers shall ensure no trademark infringement. Our factory’s original product designs cannot be copied, reproduced without written authorization.

7. Revision of Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms without prior notice. Please check this page regularly.
