1. Shipping Method
We support international air freight, sea freight and express (DHL / FedEx / UPS) for samples. Buyers can appoint your own freight forwarder to pick up goods at our factory.

2. Shipping Cost
Express freight for samples is paid by customers. Bulk order sea/air freight can be quoted separately based on cargo weight and destination port.

3. Inspection
Buyers can arrange third-party inspection before shipment. Please inform our sales team in advance.

4. Defective Goods
We conduct strict quality inspection before delivery. For mass production, we follow agreed defective rate standard confirmed on PI. Claims must be provided within 7 days after goods arrival.
